This is a new development as part of a local authority Urban Regeneration of a district centre. The new health centre will integrate with the new retail complex, sharing access and parking. The ground floor will provide health related retail and secure parking, with the health services located on the first and second floor in line with local flood risk planning requirements.

A brand new facility to provide a 1,100sq.m medical centre alongside 3,000sq.m of rehabilitation space within a health campus. The campus will also include community allotments as part of a healthy living hub.
